🎨 Suggested Candle Colors
Choose whichever you have available:
- White — purification, clarity, release
- Green — grounding, healing, Virgo’s earth energy
- Lilac / light purple — intuition, mental cleansing

(Any candle is fine — these are simply supportive options.)

- Lavender — calming, cleansing
- Rosemary — clarity, purification

(Even one herb is enough.)
🔮 ✨ Suggested Crystals

- Jade — harmony, healing habits
- Amazonite — emotional release

🌙 THE RITUAL
Arrange Your Ritual Tools
Choose your altar surface.
Place the candle in the center.
Set three bowls around it for moon water, crystals, and herbs.
Place a dish or tray nearby for your intention.
Place incense holder

Add the Elements
Moon Water
Touch your forehead, heart, or hands lightly with a few drops.
Crystals
Hold a stone to ground your energy, then place it near the candle.
Herbs
Sprinkle a small pinch around your candle or space for cleansing and healing energy.
Use whatever you have access to — the intention is what matters.
Prepare Your Space
Light incense if using and sweep the smoke gently around.
Say: “I clear this space. I welcome clarity.”
Connect with the Waning Moon
Hold the candle and visualize the moon’s fading light helping you release old patterns.
Say: “As the moon releases its light, I release what weighs on my spirit.”
Light the Candle
Place the candle back on your altar and light it.
Reflect on:
- What am I ready to let go of?
- What has run its course?
- What needs refinement or simplification?
Charge Your Pendant or Talisman
Hold your pendant (or any wearable charm) in both hands.
Let the candlelight illuminate it. Feel your breath settle into a calm, grounded rhythm.
Say or think: “I infuse this pendant with clarity, protection, and the wisdom of release.”
“May it guide me toward balance as I move through this cycle.”
Visualize the pendant absorbing:
-
- The cleansing energy of the moon water
- The grounding strength of the crystals
- The healing properties of the herbs
- The soft purification of the candle’s flame
When it feels ready, place the pendant beside the candle to finish charging.
You may choose to wear it the next day — or throughout the waning moon — as a reminder of your intention.

✍️ Journal Your Insights
Write freely — don’t edit or judge.
Possible prompts:
- What no longer feels aligned?
- Where am I holding unnecessary tension?
- What clutter — inner or outer — can I release?
- What would bring more balance and ease?
Fold your page and place it on your intention dish.
Say: “I see my truth clearly. I release with intention.”
Release Through Intention
Focus on the flame.
Say: “I now release ____________________.
I choose clarity. I choose healing. I choose alignment.”
Close the Ritual
When you feel complete, extinguish the candle gently.
Leave your written intention on your altar overnight or until the New Moon, then release it.
Take a moment to tidy your space — a small act that honors Virgo’s healing order.
