Thank you for shopping with Moon Shine Spills! We strive to bring you high-quality, handcrafted resin art and witchcraft décor. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
Due to the unique nature of our handmade products, we currently do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. However, we do accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you encounter any issues with your item, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return due to damage or defect:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect or damage are required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items or gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at melissa@moonshinespills.com and we’ll assist you with the process.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time, cancellations may not be accepted as the order may already be in progress.
